World
Affairs
Council
of
Charlotte
is
committed
to
the
expansion
of
international
education
in
area
schools.
The
Council
Scholar
Program
is
designed
to
annually
reward
a
few
outstanding
teachers
or
administrators,
grades
K-12,
in
our
community
who
have
demonstrated
a
commitment
to
international
education.
The
2010-2011
school
year
marks
the
17th
year of
the
Council
Scholar
Program
and
the
World
Affairs
Council
of
Charlotte
would
like
to
